On leaving without consideration of the application for a license

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was contacted by an individual entrepreneur SELIVERSTOVA O. A. with an application for obtaining a license to conduct a type of economic activity. According to the results of consideration of the application and the documents attached to it, the absence of Appendix 1 ¹ to the License Terms approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 02, 2015 No. 1000 was established. In addition, the name of the type of economic activity specified in the application for obtaining a license does not correspond to paragraph 11 of the first part of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”. It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing Annex 1 ¹ and stating in the application for a license the name of the type of economic activity in accordance with the requirements of the above-mentioned Law. In accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of the second part of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application of the natural person-entrepreneur SELIVERSTOVA ELENA ANATOLIIVNA (place of residence: Hrushevskoho Street, house 39/1, building 3, apartment 22, Odessa city, 65031; registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 3040000728) from 11.03.2021 № 156-2021 on receipt of tax licenses for the conduct of the type of economic activity.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
