On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the Actave of 21.01.2020 No. 24/1-78 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 17.10.2018 № 844 TO THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “UNIFIED SECURITY SERVICE” (identification code 42523251; location of the licensee: 21 Degtyarivska Street, letter A, Kyiv city, 04119).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order
