On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 2 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of the act dated 16.12.2020 No. 24/2-976 on the non-elimination by the licensee during the period of full or partial suspension of the license of the grounds that became the reason for its complete or partial suspension,

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TITAN SECURITY” (identification code 43668927; location: Ushakova Street, house 1A, Kropyvnytskyi city, Kirovohrad region, 25009), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 09, 2020 No. 789.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
