On the cancellation of the license for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of FOP OKHRIMENKO OLEKSANDR VIKTOROVICH

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license to carry out repair activities, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritable action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 04.10.2016 No. 1052 to an individual — entrepreneur OKHRIMENKO OLEKSANDR VIKTOROVYCH, who lives at the address: Kozacha street, house 1, apartment 18, city Zaporizhzhia, 69095, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2742019998.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
