In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by an individual — entrepreneur STRELCHUK OLEG MYKOLAIOVICH (place of residence: Belgorodsky lane, house 8, Khmelnytskyi city, 29009; registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2562402857), note the store at the address: Svobody street, house 1 B, the city of Khmelnitsky, is the place of economic activities related to the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and the speed of the bullet more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
