On refusal to issue a license to conduct security activities

BUKOVEL Limited Liability Company (hereinafter — the license applicant) applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities.

According to the results of consideration of the application and documents submitted by the license applicant, it was established that the qualification of a specialist in the organization of security measures does not meet the requirements of paragraph 14 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 18, 2015 No. 960 (hereinafter — License Terms), namely, the experience of his work in the specialty is at least three years, but not as a subject of security activities.

A copy of the work book of a specialist in organizing events does not contain a record of appointment to the position of deputy director of the company in accordance with the requirements of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Security Activities”.

In addition, Appendix 2 to the License Terms applies to security personnel, not to a specialist in the organization of security measures.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing a corrected Appendix 2 and copies of documents confirming the qualification requirements of a specialist in the organization of security measures.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part three of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Refuse to issue a license for the conduct of security activities to the limited liability company “BUKOVEL” (identification code 40628724, location: share of Schyvka, house 2, Polyanytsia village, Yaremche city, Ivano-Frankivsk region, 78593, application dated June 17, 2021 No. 54249).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
