In accordance with the eighth part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and in connection with the payment by the licensee of the fee for the issuance of a license

I ORDER:

1. Restore the full validity of the license for the conduct of security activities

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “FALCON GUARD 2019" (identification code 43054824; location: Lesia Ukrainka Avenue, house 61 A, Kremenchuk city, Poltava region, 39600), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 05.02.2020 № 97.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
