On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of the activity of LLC “AMMO C”
In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of the act of 20.11.2019 No. 24/2-1477 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority
I ORDER:
1. To cancel the license of the AG series No. 578068 for the conduct of economic activities related to the trade in non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than
100 meters per second: the license of the AG series No. 578069 with sale of special means charged with substances of tearing and irritating action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of June 22, 2011 No. 360 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “AMMO C” ( identification code 37403931, the location of the legal entity: str. Melnikova, 81, cabin 421, m. Kyiv, 04050, place of activity: st. Electricians, 26, m. Kyiv, 04176).
2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day following the decision on the day of the decision.
3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamyshanov V. AND.
