THE ORDER

In accordance with the second paragraph of the ninth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), the fee for granting a license in the part for which the licensee intends to expand his activity is charged as for obtaining a new license in accordance with the first part of Article 14 of this Law in the amount of one subsistence minimum, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, effective on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is paid by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the decision to issue a license.

Licensees confirm the payment of the fee for issuing a license by submitting to the Ministry of Internal Affairs the relevant document, which is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) issued by the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 10 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to cancel the license.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Narrow the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “UKRAINIAN COMPANY “RYS” (Gertena Oleksandra street, building 3, Chernivtsi city, 58000, identification code 39421250) conducting business activities with:

production of ammunition for non-military firearms, repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, which carried out at the address: non-residential premises No. 2-1-2-19 in the summer building. B, Orlyka Pylypa Street, building 7, Chernivtsi city, to the type of activity for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms, repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second;

2. Expand the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TABLE ARGUMENT” (Chapayeva Street, house 36, Lisnyky village, Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region, 08172, identification code 42471647) conducting economic activities for repairing non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed over 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense as an additional part, namely the production of ammunition for non-military firearms.
