In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by the limited liability company “POLTAVSKY STRILETSKY CLUB” (identification code 37829669; location: Balakina street, house 8, apartment 33, Poltava city, 36003), consider the shop and workshop at the address: Stretenska street, house 47 A, city of Popov Ltava, — places of economic activity on the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and speed the flight of a bullet over 100 meters per second; sale of special devices charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
