On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and statements of the directors of LLC “SHERIF-GROUP-POLTAVA”, LLC “SHERIF-POLTAVA”, PSP “SHERIFF” and PP “SHERIFF COM” about the cancellation of their own licenses

I ORDER:

1. Cancel completely:

license of the AE series No. 262779 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 06, 2013 No. 561 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SHERIF-GROUP-POLTAVA” (location: Hozhulivska street, house 22 A, apartment 20, Poltava city, Poltava region, 36007; identification code 35796752);

license of the AE series No. 292255 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 18, 2014 No. 583 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SHERIF-POLTAVA” (location: Nesterova Boulevard, house 18, Poltava city, Poltava region, 36007; identification code 39145208);

AB series license No. 592062 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 13, 2011 No. 423 to PRIVATE SPECIALIZED ENTERPRISE “SHERIFF” (location: Kurchatova street, house 18, Poltava city, Poltava region, 36034; identification code 32256917).

license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 30, 2015 No. 1649 to the PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “SHERIF-COM” (location: Nesterova Boulevard, house 18, Poltava city, Poltava region, 36007; identification code 40041189).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
