ORDER

In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter — the Law), a one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is charged for issuing a license, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is valid on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is made by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of making a record of the decision to issue a license in the license register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The document confirming the payment of the fee for issuing a license is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) from the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to suspend the license in whole or in part.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. To issue to the NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR SELIVERSTOVA ELENA ANATOLIEVNA (place of residence: Hrushevskoho street, house 39/1, building 3, apartment 22, Odessa city, 65031, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 3040000728) a license to conduct business activities in the trade of firearms non-military weapons, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with substances tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity: non-residential premises № 1N, Henerala Bocharov Street, house 75, Odessa city.

2. According to the information submitted by the NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR BARTASHCHUK NELIA VOLODYMYRIVNA (place of residence: Honcharna street, house 15, apartment 10, city Bar, Vinnytsia region, 23000, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2319204802), observe the store at the address: building lily A, Tunika Mykola street, building 11 B, Bar city, Vinnytsia region, is a place of economic activity with trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

3. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

4. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
