About the cancellation of the license completely

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of PP “GALBOY” on the cancellation of the license in full

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license of AB series No. 617033 for the provision of property and citizen protection services issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 201 of March 14, 2012 to the PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “CENTRSERVICE” (according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations, February 25, 2021 in the year there was a change in the name of the legal entity to PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “GALBOY”; identification code 32855359; location: Zarichna Street, building 1-B, Kyiv city, 02132).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
