On refusal to issue a license to conduct security activities

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for the issuance of a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability company “TECHNOGROUP — ZHYTOMYR” (hereinafter — the license applicant).

According to the results of consideration of the application and documents submitted by the license applicant in accordance with the requirements of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, it is established that the documents relating to the specialist in the organization of security measures do not meet the requirements of paragraph eight part of the first part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On Security Activities”.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing a copy of the employment contract or an extract from the work book of a specialist in the organization of protection measures certified by the business entity, which, in accordance with the requirements of the above Law, must be the head of the security entity or his deputy, the head of a branch, another separate structural unit the officer or his deputy, whose official duties include the organization and conduct of security measures, control over the performance by the security personnel of the duties assigned to him.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part three of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Refuse to issue a license for the conduct of security activities to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TECHNOGROUP — ZHYTOMYR” (identification code 43397308, location: Kyivska street, house 54, office 17, Zhytomyr city, 10030, application dated November 24, 2020 No. 750-2020).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
