On the complete cessation of the validity of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. To completely stop the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of one month:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY COMPANY GARANT GROUP” (identification code 43890909; location: Almatynska street, house 8, office 310, Kyiv city, 02090), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 23, 2020 No. 827;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TRANSLOLOGY” (identification code 39553918; location: Zgurovska Street, house 20/46, Kyiv, 03138), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 23, 2020 No. 827;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY FIRM “SSB” (identification code 43546152; location: Tychyny street, house 8/A, office 257, Ivano-Frankivsk city, 76019), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 23, 2020 No. 827;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “GUARANTOR — SECURITY 2020" (identification code 43821458; location: Nikolaev road, house 172, Odessa city, 65069), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 23, 2020 No. 827;

LAFAR RETAIL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (identification code 42693444; location: Naberezhno-Khreshchatytska Street, building 7-A, office 101, Kyiv city, 04070), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 09, 2020 No. 786;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “VERITAS POLTAVA” (identification code 43797263; location: Biryuzova Marshala Street, 80, apartment 117, Poltava city, 36007), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 26, 2020 No. 760;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “VICTORY SECURITY SERVICE AGENCY” (identification code 43804516; location: Budivelnykiv Avenue, house 33, city of Alexandria, Kirovohrad region, 28006), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 26, 2020 No. 760.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
