On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the application of an individual — entrepreneur Dimura V. IN.

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 13, 2017 No. 499 to an individual - entrepreneur Dimuri Vyacheslav Vasilyevich, residing at the address: Tsvetkova Street, house 2, apartment 1, Tetiiv city, Kyiv region, 09801, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 3043919154.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
