About the cancellation of the license in full

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelveArticle 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of October 16, 2020 No. 24/3-953on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the licensefully for the conduct of security activities, issued on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 09, 2016 No. 1185 to the PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “REGIONAL SECURITY UNION” (identification code 40868687; location of the licensee: ul. Drahomanova, 2, sq. 124, m. Kyiv, 02068).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
