On leaving an application for obtaining a license to conduct security activities without consideration

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for a license to conduct security activities by the limited liability company “Business Security Agency” (hereinafter referred to as the license applicant).

According to the results of consideration of the application, it was established that its Annex 1 does not comply with the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 18, 2015 No. 960 (hereinafter referred to as the License Terms).

^{In addition, the license applicant did not fully submit the documents stipulated by the License Terms, namely, did not provide information about security personnel (Annex 2), availability of special means (Annex 2 1), response vehicles (Annex 2 2) and availability of places of economic activity for low-mobility groups of the population (Appendix 4).}

In violation of paragraph 14 of the License Conditions for confirming the compliance of a specialist in the organization of protection measures with the qualification requirements, a copy of the document on obtaining a higher education was not provided, but according to the information specified in the work book, his work experience as a director or deputy director of security entities activity is less than three years.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by submitting an application in the established form, Annexes 2, 2 ¹, 2 ² and 4 to the License Conditions, as well as copies of documents on obtaining higher education and confirmation of work experience of at least three years in officer positions in the operational and investigative units of the internal affairs bodies.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraph 1, paragraph 2 of the third paragraph of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration:

application dated August 16, 2021 No. 72672 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the limited company “Business Security Agency” (location: Kleparivska Street, building 30, Lviv city, 79019, identification code 44316586).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. The Licensing Administration (Mayboroda V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
