On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of the type of economic activity

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the application of an individual — entrepreneur GOLYNSKY OLEG YAROSLAVOVYCH

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license to conduct economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritable action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 29, 2019 No. 907 to an individual — entrepreneur GOLYNSKY OLEG YAROSLAVOVYCH (place of residence: Brovarna Street, building 15, Ternopil city, 46003; registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2214002514).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Administration (Mayboroda V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
