On the issuance of licenses for the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” (hereinafter — the Law), a one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is charged for issuing a license, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is valid on the day of the decision to issue a license. The fee for issuing a license is made by the licensee no later than ten working days from the date of making a record of the decision to issue a license in the license register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The document confirming the payment of the fee for issuing a license is a copy of the receipt issued by the bank, a copy of the payment order with the bank's mark, a receipt from the payment terminal, a receipt (check) from the post office of communication. Non-payment of the fee for issuing a license in accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law is the basis for deciding to suspend the license in whole or in part.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with Article 6 of the Law and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Issue:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY “ARIYA” (identification code 23560575; location: Shevchenko lane, house 7 A, Poltava city, 36007) license to conduct economic activities for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms, trade in fire non-military weapons, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear gas and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “RIVER ARMS” (identification code 43964472; location: Svobody Avenue, house 75, city of Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region, 51911) license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense. Details for payment of license fee: recipient of GUK in Dnipropetrovsk region/city Kamianske/22011800, recipient code 37988155, recipient's bank Treasury of Ukraine (EAP), account number (IBAN) UA978999980334179896070004573, income classification code budgets 22011800.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Administration (Mayboroda V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
