On the narrowing of the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with the eighth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. To narrow down to the NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR MELNYCHUK SERHIY VASYLOVYCH (place of residence: Verbytskoho Street, house 8, apartment 28, Ternopil city, 46020; registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2490119174) the conduct of the type of economic activity for the production of ammunition for firearms non-military use, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense to the type of economic activity with trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and the speed of the bullet flight more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense. Place of activity at the address: Ruska street, house 3, Ternopil city.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
