On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 2 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of the Acts of May 17, 2021 No. 24/3-58 and No. 24/3-59 on the non-elimination by the licensee during the period of full or partial suspension of the license of the grounds that became the reason for its complete or partial suspension,

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “Residential Complex FEMIDA — 1" (identification code 43973890; location: Tsentralna Street, building 19, office 16, Kyiv city, 02000), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 15, 2021 No. 283;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “Residential Complex FEMIDA — 2" (identification code 43995055; location: Tsentralna Street, building 19, office 16, Kyiv city, 02000), stopped in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 15, 2021 No. 283.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
