On the suspension of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. Stop the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of one month:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ATLANTA SECURITY AND PROTECTION” (identification code 44140290; location: Kontraktova Square, building 10 B, Kyiv city, 04070), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 26, 2021 No. 309;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “KUSBAS SECURITY COMPANY” (identification code 44260591; location: Gagarin Avenue, house 153, Dnipro city, 49000), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 26, 2021 No. 309.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
