On stopping the full validity of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. To completely stop the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of two months:

NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR KIRPI ANATOLIA MYKHAILOVYCH (place of residence: Stepova Street, house 6, Ternopil city, 46027, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2527516577), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.03.2020 № 261.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.
