On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the FOP KONOZ OLEKSANDR SERGIYOVICH on the cancellation of his own license in full

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 30, 2020 No. 697 TO AN INDIVIDUAL - ENTREPRENEUR OF CONOZ ALEXANDER SERHIYOVYCH (place of residence: Kosmonavtiv street, house 15, room 29, Druzhkivka city, Donetsk region, registration number 84206 taxpayer card and other mandatory payments 2645211395).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
