On the complete cancellation of the license for conducting business activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of August 11, 2021 No. 24/2-79 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license to carry out economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; trade in non-military firearms and ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special devices charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 13, 2018 No. 1013 to an individual — entrepreneur SHYPAEV VOLODYMYR VALERIYOVICH, residing at the address: ul. Chumachenko, 17, sq. 85, m. Zaporozhye, 69104, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2789312238.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Administration (Mayboroda V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
