On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of the type of economic activity

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, statements of the director of the limited liability company “GAL — ARS” and the individual — entrepreneur POPEL VOLODYMYR BOGDANOVICH

I ORDER:

1. Cancel completely:

AB series licenses No. 540165 for the conduct of economic activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second and AB series No. 540166 — for the sale of special equipment, charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 16, 2010 No. 559 to the limited liability company “GAL — ARS” ( identification code 31363511, location: Horodotska Street, 115, Lviv city, 79016);

a license to conduct business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 30, 2010 No. 972 to an individual — entrepreneur POPELYU VOLODYMYR BOHDANOVYCH, residing at the address: street Volodymyrska, house 6, Rohatyn city, Ivano-Frankivsk region, 77000, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2331710650.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
