On the restoration of full validity of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the seventh and eighth parts of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and in connection with the issuance of a license fee by the licensee

I ORDER:

1. To fully resume the validity of the license for the conduct of security activities, suspended in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 19, 2020 No. 396:

PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “PROTECTION ANTARES 2000" (identification code 43373198; location: Shevchenko street, 100, Poltava city, 36038);

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “PSHR TIGR-1” (identification code 43082736; location: Iasskaya street, house 13, Chernivtsi city, 58005);

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TITAN GROUP” (identification code 43522058; location: Lesia Ukrainka Blvd., house 26, Kyiv, 01133).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
