On the abandonment of applications for obtaining licenses for the conduct of security activities without consideration

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine applied for licenses to conduct security activities by the limited liability companies “SHERIF-REMOTE 037”, “SHERIF-REMOTE 038”, “SHERIF-REMOTE 039”, “SHERIF-REMOTE 040”, “SHERIF-REMOTE 040”, “SHERIF-REMOTE 040” REMOTE 041” and “SECURITY COMPLEX “MARS” (hereinafter — license applicants).

According to the results of consideration of the applications and the documents attached to them, it is established that in violation of the requirements of paragraph 6 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 960 of November 18, 2015, license applicants were not provided with copies of passports of their managers, as well as a copy of their passports a person who is a specialist in the organization of security measures of the company “SECURITY COMPLEX “MARS”.

In addition, copies of employment contracts concluded with persons entrusted with the duties of a specialist in organizing security measures are not certified by the heads of license applicants.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by submitting copies of passports of the heads of license applicants, a specialist in the organization of security measures and certified copies of employment contracts.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of the second part of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

1. Leave without consideration:

application dated November 04, 2021 No. 96715 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of SHERIF-REMOTE 037 LLC (place of residence: Nova Street, building 1, office 1, village Hnidyn, Boryspil district, Kyiv region, 08340, identification code 44615127);

application dated November 04, 2021 No. 96902 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of SHERIF-REMOTE 038 LLC (place of residence: Nova Street, building 1, office 1, village Hnidyn, Boryspil district, Kyiv region, 08340, identification code 44556376);

application dated November 04, 2021 No. 96713 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of SHERIF-REMOTE 039 LLC (place of residence: Nova street, building 1, office 1, village Hnidyn, Boryspil district, Kyiv region, 08340, identification code 44556329);

application dated November 04, 2021 No. 96903 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of SHERIF-REMOTE 040 LLC (place of residence: Nova Street, building 1, office 1, village Hnidyn, Boryspil district, Kyiv region, 08340, identification code 44412578);

application dated November 04, 2021 No. 96904 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of SHERIF-REMOTE 041 LLC (place of residence: Nova Street, building 1, office 1, village Hnidyn, Boryspil district, Kyiv region, 08340, identification code 44544360);

application dated November 04, 2021 № 96554 on obtaining a license for the conduct of security activities of the COMPANY WITH LIMITED LIABILITY “SECURITY COMPLEX “MARS” (place of residence: Pchilky Olena Street, building 2-B, apartment 501, Kyiv city, 02059, identification code 43836532).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
