About the complete cancellation of licenses

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and statements of the directors of LLC “ITVIT” and LLC “SECURITY GROUP “PROTECTION - 12" on the cancellation of their own licenses

I ORDER:

1. Cancel completely:

license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 02, 2021 № 417 TO THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ITVIT” (location: Lesya Kurbas Avenue, house 3 G, Kyiv, 03148; identification code 42602247);

AB series license No. 594792 for the provision of property and citizen protection services, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 23, 2011 No. 948 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “PROTECTION GROUP “PROTECTION - 12" (location: Kyivska street, house 221, Brovary city, Kyiv region 07401; identification code 37722017).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
