On the narrowing of the conduct of economic activities

In accordance with the eighth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. Narrow down to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “IBIS” (Khokhlovy Family Street, house 8, building 8-A, Kyiv city, 04119, identification code 32494516) conducting business activities for production, repair of non-military firearms, production of ammunition for non-military firearms purpose, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; production of active defense equipment, sale of special equipment charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, carried out at the address: Vadim Hetman Street, house 27 A, Kyiv, for the type of activity for repairing non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

At the place of activity on Vasily Stepanchenko Street, building 17 A, Kyiv city, economic activity is carried out for the production of ammunition for non-military firearms and means of active defense in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 12, 2019 No. 103.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the head of the Licensing Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kamyshanov V. AND.
