In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”

I ORDER:

1. According to the information submitted by the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “COMPANY OF WEAPONS” (identification code 39050593; location: Maidan of the Defenders of Ukraine, house 7/8, Kharkiv city, 61001), note the store at the address: Universitetska street, house 16, city of Sloviansk, Donetsk region, — place of business activities in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with substances of tear and irritant action, personal protection, active defense.

2. According to the information submitted by the NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR SOKOL MAKSIM EDUARDOVICH (registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 3503803850; place of residence: 2 lane Chudnovsky, house 4, city of Berdychiv, Zhytomyr region, 13308), observe the store at the address: Bilovskaya street Horodskaya, building 51, building 5, room 13, Boyarka city, Kyiv region, is the place of economic activity in the trade of non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense.

3. The Department of Communications (Trakalo Y.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

4th. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
