On leaving without consideration of the application for a license

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine by an individual — entrepreneur Tatiana Lvivna of Holynska with an application for obtaining a license to conduct a type of business activity.

According to the results of consideration of the application and the documents attached to it, it was established that the application for obtaining a license by an individual — entrepreneur indicates the address of the place of residence, which does not correspond to the address contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations.

In addition, Appendix 1 ¹ to the License Terms, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 02, 2015 No. 1000, does not specify the type of place of business activity.

For violation of the requirements of the License Terms, a copy of the document confirming the ownership of the business entity to the premises for the conduct of the type of business activity is not certified by the license applicant.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing a corrected Appendix 1 ¹, indicating in the application for obtaining a license the correct address of the place of residence and certifying a copy of the extract from the State Register of Real Rights to Immovable Property on registration of rights and their encumbrances.

In accordance with paragraph 2 of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On licensing of economic activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration the application of an individual — entrepreneur of Holynska Tatiana Lvivna (registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2355105448) dated June 11, 2021 No. 307-2021 on obtaining a license for conducting business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition to it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special devices charged with tear and irritant substances , personal protection, active defense.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
