On the cancellation of the license completely for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of June 11, 2020 No. 24/3-451 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority, made in connection with the absence of the licensee at the location of the person, the supervisory authority to represent the interests of the licensee at the time of the inspection,

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 18, 2019 No. 583 to the Limited Liability Company “AEFV 1137” (identification code 43101795; location of the licensee: ul. Rozkydaylovskaya, 3, office 30, m. Odessa, 65020).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
