On the suspension of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. Stop the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of one month:

NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR PYLYPENKO VOLODYMYR MYKOLAIOVYCH (place of residence: Shapoval Henerala Street, building 2, apartment 157, Kyiv city, 03035; registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2186116375), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 09, 2021 No. 182;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “Residential Complex FEMIDA — 1" (identification code 43973890; location: Tsentralna Street, building 19, office 16, Kyiv city, 02000), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 09, 2021 № 182;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “Residential Complex FEMIDA — 2" (identification code 43995055; location: Tsentralna Street, building 19, office 16, Kyiv city, 02000), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 09, 2021 № 182;

PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “TITAN — PLUS” company (identification code 31618930; location: Tarasivska street, building 30, apartment 30, Bucha city, Kyiv region, 08292), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 09, 2021 No. 182.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
