On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of business activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, due to the presence in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of Information on the State Registration of Termination of Entrepreneurial Activities in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations

I ORDER:

1. Cancel completely:

AB series licenses No. 540187 for the conduct of economic activities for the repair of non-military firearms, trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, A-series Law No. 540186 — on the sale of special means charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated November 22, 2010 No. 567 an individual — entrepreneur SHTYLIU YURIY YOSIPOVICH (place of residence: Gusakskoho Street, house 16, Uzhgorod city, Transcarpathian region, 88000, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 1884603354);

a license to conduct business activities on trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances of action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated October 28, 2016 No. 1123 to an individual — entrepreneur SHCHERBINI OLZI MYKOLAIVNA (place of residence: Hrizobodova street, house , 13, apartment 8, Melitopol city, Zaporizhia region, 72304; registration number of the taxpayer's registration card and other mandatory payments 2836714304).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
