On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 2 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of the act dated 09.04.2020 No. 24/2-304 on the non-elimination by the licensee during the period of full or partial suspension of the license of the grounds that became the reason for its complete or partial suspension,

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated August 06, 2019 № 647 TO AN INDIVIDUAL — ROMANCHUK ENTREPRENEUR FEDOR STANISLAVOVICH (place of residence: Shepeleva street, house 9, apartment 3, Kyiv city, 03061, registration number of the credit card taxpayer and other mandatory payments 2399204597).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
