On stopping the full validity of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. To completely stop the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of one month:

TO PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “FORPOST — 19" (identification code 42935063; location: Klemanskaya street, house 1/5, office 3, Kyiv city, 02081) issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 21, 2020 No. 884;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TEKHKOMPKT LTD” (identification code 38725951; location: Desyatynnyi lane, house 7, Kyiv city, 01001), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 21, 2020 No. 884;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY LEGIONS” (identification code 43834540; location: Peremohy Avenue, building 71, Kyiv city, 03113), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 21, 2020 No. 884;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “COMPANY “VNT” (identification code 39434736; location: Titova Street, house 11, apartment 84, Dnipro city, 49055), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 21, 2020 No. 884.

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “DEFENSE LEGION” (identification code 43763302; location: Khmelnytskyi Bohdan street, house 48, office 3, Pereyaslav city, Kyiv region, 08400), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 21, 2020 No. 881;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SB—ZAKHYST” (identification code 44086202; location: Kyivska Street, Building 78, Vinnytsia City, 21032), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 21, 2020 No. 884;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY AGENCY “MARS” (identification code 43836752; location: Pchilky Olena Street, building 2-B, apartment 501, Kyiv city, 02059), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated December 21, 2020 No. 884.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
