On the complete cancellation of the license for the provision of property and citizen protection services

In accordance with paragraph 8 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of June 10, 2021 No. 24/3-68 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license of AB series No. 592330 for the provision of property and citizen protection services, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 19, 2011 No. 694 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “STALS 1" (new name of the legal entity of LLC “CASKAD MODUS”, id identification code 34453911, location: str. Antenna, 8, m. Zaporozhye, 69057).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
