On the cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine
“On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of 07.11.2019 No. 24/3-1420 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of October 30, 2017 No. 899 to the limited liability company “SPECIAL UNIT “TIGER” (identification code 41635821; location of the licensee: 13 Yasskaya Street, Chernivtsi city, 58001).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure the publication of the order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs following the day of the decision of the working day.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order
