THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for conducting business activities

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “EXIM EQUIPMENT”

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license for conducting economic activities on trade in non-military firearms and ammunition issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 21.06.2016 No. 526 to the limited liability company “EXIM EQUIPMENT” (location: Yaroslaviv Val Street, Kyiv 13/2 B, city, 01054, identification code 40145358).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
