On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of the KHMELNITSKY MUNICIPAL MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE “MUNICIPAL WIFE” on the cancellation of the license in full

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license of the AV series No. 617076 for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated March 14, 2012 No. 201 to the KHMELNITSKY MUNICIPAL MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE “MUNICIPAL WIFE” (location: Podilska Street, house 10/1, Khmelnytskyi city, 29013; identification code 23829267).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
