On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 2 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, on the basis of acts dated 06.08.2020 № 24/2-676, № 24/2-677, № 24/2-678, № 24/2-679, № 24/2-680, № 24/2-681, № 24/2-682, № 24/2-683, № 24/2-684, № 24/2-684, № 24/2-684 685 on the non-elimination by the licensee during the period of full or partial suspension of the license of the grounds that led to its complete or partial suspension,

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license for the conduct of security activities:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “BASTION WEST” (identification code 43197299; location: Halytska street, house 140, apartment 68, Ivano-Frankivsk city, 76008), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 23.12.2019 № 1085;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “FACTOR OF TRUST” (identification code 43257389; location: Khimichna Street, house 1/27, Odessa city, 65031), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 23.12.2019 № 1085;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “OBERIG ZAPORIZHZHIA REGION” (identification code 43381586; location: Mira Street, house 178, urban-type settlement Balabyne, Zaporizhzhya district, Zaporizhia region, 70435), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 02.01.2020 No. 3;

PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “ORLAN — CENTER” (identification code 43455165; location: Bogdan Khmelnytsky Avenue, house 122, letter D-2, office 11, Dnipro city, Dnipropetrovsk region, 49000), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 28.02.2020 № 199;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “USIES CONSULTING AND SECURITY” (identification code 43273683; location: Manuilovsky Avenue, house 75, apartment 2, Dnipro city, 49081), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 13.01.2020 No. 14;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “PERUN SECURITY” (identification code 43499731; location: Mykhaila Hrushevskoho Street, building 10, Kyiv city, 01001), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.03.2020 № 261;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “AURUM SECURITY COMPANY” (identification code 43439845; location: Lyagina Street, 4/9, office 410, Nikolaev city, 54000), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 10.03.2020 № 231;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY SERVICE “BEST SECURITY” (identification code 43403316; location: Kruglouniversitietska street, house 14, Kyiv city, 01024), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 02.01.2020 No. 3;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “PROM — EXPO — SERVICE” (identification code 43397554; location: Zelena street, building 6, Vishneve city, Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district, Kyiv region, 08132), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.03.2020 № 261;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “NAMES OF HEROES 57 BRIGADE” (identification code 43520789; location: Kaspiiska Street, house 13, Zaporizhia city, 69067), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 16.03.2020 No. 261.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Administration (Mayboroda V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
