On the restoration of full validity of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with the seventh and eighth parts of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and in connection with the issuance of a license fee by the licensee

I ORDER:

1. To fully resume the validity of the license for the conduct of security activities, suspended in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 19, 2020 No. 396:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY COMPANY “PROMETEY” (identification code 43402773; location: Mykilsko-Slobidska street, building 2-B, Kyiv city, 02002);

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “YAVIR — 2000 UKRAINE” (identification code 43471009; location: S. Kondratenka, house 6, Poltava city, 36009);

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SENOKON” (identification code 43315911; location: Naberezhnaya Peremohy street, house 120, Dnipro city, Dnipropetrovsk region, 49000);

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY — DETECTIVE COMPANY “TREASOR” (identification code 43522571; location: Cooperative Street, house 4, Sumy city, 40000).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
