THE ORDER

On the cancellation of the license for conducting business activities

In accordance with paragraph 8 of the second part of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and on the basis of the act of 05.09.2019 №24/2-1111 on the refusal of the licensee to conduct an inspection by the licensing authority

I ORDER:

1. To cancel the license to conduct activities related to the trade in non-military firearms, ammunition for it, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons with a caliber of more than 4.5 millimeters and a bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second; sale of special equipment loaded with tear and irritant substances of action, personal protection, active defense, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 18.08.2010 No. 387 to an individual — entrepreneur DRENOV IGOR ANATOLIYOVICH, residing at the address: Kyivska street, house 308, apartment 48, Brovary city, Kyiv region, 07400, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2407002031.

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is placed on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
