On the complete cancellation of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the statement of the Director of LLC “SECURITY ENTERPRISE “VARTA” on the cancellation of its own license in full

I ORDER:

1. To completely cancel the license of AB series No. 592400 for the provision of property and citizen protection services issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 30, 2011 No. 716 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY ENTERPRISE “WARTA” (location: Mira Avenue, house 33, Chernihiv city, 14000; identification code 32480765).

2. Department of Communication (Shevchenko A. B.) ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V. I.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
