On the abandonment of applications for obtaining licenses for the conduct of security activities without consideration

Private enterprises “ORD-SERVICE” and “RBV” (hereinafter — license applicants) applied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for obtaining licenses for conducting security activities.

^{According to the results of consideration of applications and documents attached to them, it is established that in violation of the requirements of paragraphs 6, 14 of the License Conditions for the Conduct of Security Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 18, 2015 No. 960, license applicants were not provided with information about the availability of special means (Annex 2 1), transport response (Annex 2 2), availability of places of economic activity for low-mobility groups of the population (Appendix 4), as well as copies of documents confirming qualification requirements} employees entrusted with the functions of performing the duties of specialists in the organization of security measures, and their obtaining higher education.

In addition, the provided copies of employment contracts concluded by the directors of license applicants with persons entrusted with the functions of performing the duties of specialists in organizing security measures are not certified by business entities.

It is possible to eliminate these shortcomings by providing information in accordance with Annexes 2 ¹, 2 ² and 4, copies of documents confirming the qualification requirements of specialists in organizing protection measures, obtaining higher education by them and copies of employment contracts certified by the business entity.

In view of the foregoing and in accordance with paragraph 1, paragraph 2 of the third paragraph of part 2 of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”

I ORDER:

1. Leave without consideration:

application dated November 26, 2021 No. 103017 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of the private enterprise “ORD-SERVICE” (location: Berehova Street, house 9, village Chervona Sloboda, Cherkasy district, Cherkasy region, 19604, identification code 44372951);

application dated November 26, 2021 No. 103022 for obtaining a license to conduct security activities of private enterprise “RBV” (location: Berehova Street, house 9, village Chervona Sloboda, Cherkasy district, Cherkasy region, 19604, identification code 44357381);

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the publication of the working day decision on the next day.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
