On the complete cancellation of licenses for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part twelve of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and statements of directors of LLC “SPETSINDUSTRIYA”, LLC “SB “SEMARGL” and LLC “ALLIANCE SECURITY” about the cancellation of their own licenses

I ORDER:

1. Cancel completely:

license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated June 12, 2018 № 495 TO THE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SPETSINDUSTRIYA” (location: st. Teplychna, 27G, office 12, 13, Slobozhanske, Dniprovskyi district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 52005; identification code 34735479);

license for the conduct of security activities, issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated July 21, 2020 No. 548 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “SECURITY SERVICE “SEMARGL” (location: st. Teplychna, 27G, office 12, 13, Slobozhanske, Dniprovskyi district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 52005; identification code 43648979);

license for the conduct of security activities issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated April 18, 2017 No. 315 to the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ALLIANCE SECURITY” (location: ul. Teplychna, 27G, office 12, 13, Slobozhanske, Dniprovskyi district, Dnipropetrovsk region, 52005; identification code 37005910).

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. The Licensing Office (Chernyshova O.) ensure control over the execution of this order.
