On the approval of the Regulation on the implementation in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, mechanisms for encouraging whistleblowers and forming a culture of notification of possible facts of corrupt or corruption-related offenses, other violations Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”

In accordance with paragraph 1 of part four of Article 531 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, paragraph 9 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878, in order to introduce mechanisms for encouraging and forming a culture of notification of possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Regulations on the implementation in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, mechanisms for encouraging whistleblowers and forming a culture of notification of possible facts of corrupt or corruption-related offenses, other violations of the Law “On Prevention of Corruption” of Ukraine, attached.

2. To the Department of Corruption Prevention (Fodchuk A.) to ensure the submission of this order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the prescribed manner.

3. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) ensure the publication of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

4. This order comes into force from the day of its official publication.
