On the complete cessation of the validity of the license for the conduct of security activities

In accordance with paragraph 3 of part two of Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, in connection with non-payment for the issuance of a license in accordance with part two of Article 14 of this Law

I ORDER:

1. To completely stop the license for the conduct of security activities for a period of one month:

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “DORSEY” (identification code 43742717; location: Valeriy Lobanovskogo Avenue, house 39 A, room 3, Kyiv city, 03110), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 23, 2020 № 680;

TITAN SECURITY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (identification code 43668927; location: Ushakova street, house 1A, Kropyvnytskyi city, Kirovohrad region, 25009), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 23, 2020 No. 680;

NATURAL PERSON — ENTREPRENEUR BUSHUEV NIKOLAI MYKOLAIOVYCH (place of residence: Chornovola Street, house 9, apartment 62, Kyiv city, 07401, registration number of the taxpayer's account card and other mandatory payments 2788316294), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 30, 2020 № 697;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “LEGAL ANTI-RAIDER COMPANY REDUT” (identification code 42329918; location: Velyka Perspektivna street, house 84, office 210, Kropyvnytskyi city, Kirovohrad region, 25006), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 30, 2020 year number 697;

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY DETECTIVE — SECURITY AGENCY “ARKAN — SICH” (identification code 43736881; location: Zhasminova Street, building 5, Lviv city, 79035), issued in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated September 30, 2020 No. 697.

2. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.) to ensure that the order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for publication no later than the working day following the day of adoption of this decision.

3. Licensing Administration (Kamyshanov V.) to ensure control over the execution of this order.
